摘要
目的:探讨胸外科老年患者的围手术期心理特点,并提出相应的护理对策。方法随机选取我院2010年9月~2013年11月收治的60例胸外科老年患者,对患者进行心理状态评估,并实施针对性护理干预,对比患者护理前后的心理状态变化。结果患者干预后心理状态得到明显改善,心理健康状态评分均明显低于干预前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论给予老年患者合理有效的围手术期心理护理干预,有助于改善老年患者的心理健康状态,有利于提高手术治疗效果,建议在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the peri operation period of psychological characteristics of elderly patients in the Department of thoracic surgery,and to put forward corresponding nursing strategies.Methods Randomly selected 60 elderly patients in our hospital in 2010 September^2013 in Department of thoracic surgery were carried out during November,the psychological state of the evaluation of patients,and the implementation of targeted nursing interventions,nursing patients before and after comparison of the psychological condition change.Results After the intervention of psychological status of patients was obviously improved,the psychological health status score were significantly lower than those before intervention,the dif erence was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Given a reasonable and ef ective psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with peri operation,help to improve the mental health status of elderly patients,to improve the operation therapeutic ef ect,suggestions for further promotion in clinical.
