摘要
目的:探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石的疗效及安全性。方法总结采用经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的64例单侧输尿管结石患者临床资料,分析其治疗效果以及并发症等。结果碎石成功率为93.55%(58/62),4例患者在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石过程中结石被冲人肾盂,术后行体外冲击波碎石术治疗,结石粉碎排出;平均手术时间(44.7±0.7)min,平均住院时间(2.1±0.4)d,无输尿管穿孔、撕裂、术后感染、梗阻性肾脓肿等并发症。结石排尽时间平均3.8w,肾盂积水均消失或明显减轻。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石效果显著,具有一定的安全性、高效性和创新性。
Objective To evaluate the ef icacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of complicated ureteral calculi.Methods Summarized the experience of using ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for the treatment of 64 cases of unilateral ureteral calculi in patients with clinical data,analysised the therapeutic ef ect and complications.Results The successful rate of lithotripsy was 93.55%(58/62),4 patients with calculi ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy in washed human renal pelvis,postoperative extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,stone crushing discharge;the average operation time was(44.7±0.7)min,the average length of time(2.1±0.4)d,no ureteral perforation,laceration obstructive renal abscess,infection,postoperative complications such as.Stone as the time average of 3.8 weeks,the hydronephrosis disappeared or obviously relieved.Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi complicated ef ect is remarkable,and has the advantages of safety,high ef iciency and certain innovation.
