摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹的临床特点,分析误诊原因并提出防范措施。方法回顾2010年4月~2013年2月,我院收治的两例以疼痛为首发带状疱疹的临床资料。结果2例均予阿昔洛韦抗病毒同时镇痛、神经营养剂治疗,1个月后疱疹治愈,后遗神经痛1年后恢复。结论带状疱疹早期易误诊。临床应加强对患者认识,全面问诊及查体并综合分析,重视鉴别诊断,以免漏诊。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of herpes zoster,analyze the reason of misdiagnosis and the preventive measures.Methods Review of 2010 April and 2013 February,two patients admitted to our hospital with pain as the first clinical data of herpes zoster.Results Two cases were treated with acyclovir antiviral and analgesia,nerve nutrition in the treatment of herpes cure,after a month,a year after the restoration of postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion Early herpes zoster misdiagnosed.Should strengthen the understanding of clinical patients,comprehensive interrogation and examination and comprehensive analysis,with emphasis on differential diagnosis,avoid misdiagnosis.
