摘要
目的探讨急性胃出血患者的治疗。方法对急性胃出血患者68例,经保守治疗和手术根据病情,分别观察两种方法治疗的效果。结果急性胃出血的治疗后,大多数患者的恢复和改善,总有效率达88.23%,只有8例患者手术治疗,2例因严重胃出血,引起休克及其他功能衰竭导致死亡。其中,由于对轻度患者保守治疗,因此总有效率高于手术治疗组,治愈率为66.67%,好转率25.93%,均高于手术组。结论对于急性胃出血患者,根据具体情况做出适当的处理,以最大限度地提高患者的治愈率。
Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with acute stomach bleeding.Methods 68 cases of patients with acute gastric bleeding,treated by conservative treatment and operation respectively according to the disease,two were observed the therapeutic ef ect of method.Results The patients with acute gastric bleeding after the treatment,recovery and improvement in most patients,the total ef ective rate reached 88.23%,only 8 patients,the operation treatment of patients,2 cases of gastric bleeding because of serious,resulting in shock and other failure leading to death.Among them,due to the conservative treatment of patients with mild,so the total ef ective than operation treatment group,the cure rate and improvement rate of 66.67%and 25.93%,were higher than the operation group.Conclusion For patients with acute stomach bleeding,to make the appropriate treatment according to the specific conditions,to maximize the cure rate of the patients.
