摘要
目的评估我院首批实施临床路径试点的11个病种在2013年的实施效果,为医院管理提供依据。方法通过同期队列研究,对2013年我院11个病种中实施与未实施临床路径患者的住院天数、住院总费用等指标进行综合分析和比较。结果2013年,临床路径病例的平均住院天数和费用均低于未入路径病例,有4个病种入路径组与未入路径组在平均住院天数和费用上的差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论临床路径对缩短平均住院天数、降低平均住院费用具有一定作用。
Objective To evaluate the ef ect of the first pilot clinical pathways including eleven diseases from three specialties in our hospital.Methods Using a cohort study,the hospitalization days and total hospitalization expenses of the clinical pathway cases from 11 diseases in 2013 were analyzed and compared with control group.1702 cases in 2013 were include in this study,and the length of stay and hospital charges was analyzed retrospectively.Results Shortened length of stay and cost reduction were with the implementation of the clinical pathways of all eleven diseases in 2013.And the dif erence of four diseases,respectively,was statistical y significant on length of stay and cost(<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway had some effect on shortening the length of stay and reducing the cost.
