摘要
目的综合护理干预模式的应用对产后出血患者护理研究的临床效果。方法抽取86例产后出血的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组43例。控制患者使用临床常规产后护理护理;观察组采用综合护理干预模式的患者护理。结果产后出血的症状治疗效果观察组明显优于对照组;成功的止血时间和实际住院时间明显短于对照组,止血后不同时间点小于对照组,不良反应和不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组。结论综合护理干预模式的应用为产后出血患者的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To the application of comprehensive nursing intervention model to research the clinical ef ect of postpartum hemorrhage patients nursing.Methods 86 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the average 43 cases in each group.Control patients using clinical routine postpartum nursing care;Observation group adopt the comprehensive nursing intervention mode of patient care.Results The symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage treatment ef ect of observation group was bet er than control group;Successful hemostasis time and the actual length of hospital stay significantly shorter than the control group,the bleeding after dif erent time points is less than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse events significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention model for postpartum hemorrhage in patients with clinical ef ect is very obvious.
