摘要
目的探讨超普疝修补装置(UHS)在腹股沟疝修补术中的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年4月~2013年5月本诊疗小组采用UHS行无张力修补的59例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,所有病例行UHS疝修补时上层补片均未予以缝合固定。结果59例共72侧腹股沟疝,平均一侧腹股沟疝手术时间为(45.5±19.6)min,围术期无死亡病例,术后出现阴囊血肿1例共2侧,切口下血肿1例,切口周围青紫2例共4侧,局部异物感8例9侧,无切口感染。随访7~24个月,无复发病例,3个月后局部异物感1例共2侧,3个月后有慢性疼痛1例。结论USH在腹股沟疝修补术中可以不予缝合固定上层补片,其治疗效果确切,术后远期局部异物感及慢性疼痛发生率令人满意。
Objective To explore the method and effect of tension-free hernia repair with application of ultrapro hernia system(UHS)in inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 59 patients of inguinal hernia underwent tension-free hernia repair with UHS during the period from April 2011 to May 2013.The upper patch of UHS did not stitch.Results There was 71 cases operation in 59 patients.The average operation time was(45.5±19.6)min.There was no dead case.In al cases,there were 2 cases of scrotal hematoma in 1 patient,1 case of incision hematoma,4 cases of bruises around incision in 2 patients,9 cases of local foreign body sensation in 8 patients.No incision infection occurred.Al cases were fol owed up for 7 to 24 months.There was no recurrence case.There were 2 cases of local foreign body sensation in 1 patient stil.There was 1 cases of chronic pain.Conclusion Although the upper patch of UHS do not stitch in inguinal hernia repair,its treatment effect is exact.The incidence of Postoperative long-dated local foreign body sensation and chronic pain is satisfactory.
