摘要
目的观察婴儿抚触护理法对早产儿喂养及体质量的影响。方法将86例住院早产儿随机分为抚触组与对照组,抚触组43例患儿在采用常规护理方法基础上,再加用抚触护理方法;对照组的43例给予常规护理方法。结果抚触组早产儿每天喂养次数和体质量增长情况都明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论婴儿抚触护理法能够有效改善早产儿住院期间的生长发育,使早产儿在住院期间喂养次数增多,体质量明显增长。
Objective To observe the feeding and weight influence and clinic curative ef ect of premature baby using touch nursing method.Methods 86 cases of premature babies were randomly classified into comparison group and touch group with 43 cases in each group.The touch group were treated with touch nursing method on the basis of general nursing method,and the comparison group were treated only with general nursing method.Results Feeding times and weight increasing for premature baby in touch group are obviously more excellent than comparison group,the dif erences between two group take on statistic significance(<0.05).Conclusion Baby touch nursing method can improve premature baby's growth ef ectively during being in hospital,and makes the baby feeding times and weight increase obviously.
