摘要
随着我国进入老年化社会,老年人就医频率不断上升。本文主要从老年门急诊输液者的心理需求入手,加强老年输液患者的心理护理、健康教育等方面,使老输液患者的满意度提高。随着我国进入老龄化社会,及老年人组织器官和生理功能衰退,对疾病的易感性增加,老年人就医频率不断上升。本文主要从了解老年门急诊输液者的心理需求入手,充分体现了以患者为中心的服务宗旨,增强护士的主动服务意识,使护理人员的潜能得到最大限度地发挥,减少和避免了输液并发症,提高了老年患者输液的安全性和满意度,减少门急诊静脉输液的护患纠纷。
Along with our country entering the aging society,the elderly medical frequency rising.This article mainly from the old door emergency infusion of the psychological needs of nursing,health education,strengthen psychological aged infusion,the old infusion patients satisfaction.As China entered the aging society,organs and physiological function and the elderly organizational decline,increased susceptibility to disease,the elderly medical frequency rising.This paper mainly from the understanding of the elderly outpatient infusion of the psychological demand,ful y reflects the patient-centered service tenet,and boost up the consciousness of active service,the nursing staf to maximize the potential of the play,reduce and avoid the complication in elderly patients,improve the safety of transfusion and satisfaction,reduce the emergency door intravenous infusion of nurse patient disputes.
