摘要
中药的炮制是提高药物治疗效果,保证用药安全不可缺少的措施,我们必须以极端负责的精神,认真搞好中药的炮制工作,并在传统理论以及工艺的基础上,努力探索加以提高。中药制剂在制剂前由于大都是生药,在制作成各种剂型前应根据医疗、配方制剂的不同要求,并结合药物的自身性情进行加工处理,才能使之充分发挥疗效,减轻不良反应,从而在大程度上符合临床用药的目的。充分把握中药炮制的重要性,提高疗效,保证药品质量和患者的用药安全。取其精华,除其糟粕,重视和提高中药炮制,保证药品质量满足临床需求。本文从药材的选用及炮制的方法两方面作一简述。
Chinese herbal medicine is to improve the therapeutic ef ects of drugs,to ensure drug safety indispensable measures,we must take the extreme responsible spirit,earnestly do a good job in Chinese medicine processing work,and on the basis of traditional theory and technology,ef orts to improve.Traditional Chinese medicine preparation in preparation before because most of crude drug,into various dosage forms should be according to the different requirements of medical,formulations in production,combined with drug's own temperament processing,in order to give full play to ef icacy,reduce the adverse reaction,so as to meet the clinic to large extent.To ful y grasp the importance of traditional Chinese medicine processing,improve the ef icacy,to ensure drug quality and patient safety.Take the essence,in addition to its dregs,and improve the processing,to ensure drug quality and meet the clinical demand.This paper briefly from two aspects of methods and processing of medicinal material.
