摘要
通过临床中存在的用药不安全之事例,指出医生,药师,护士在工作中应如何预防错误用药,尽量预防差错事故的发生,确保临床用药安全,提高医疗服务质量,为构建和谐医患关系而努力。
The existing in clinical medication unsafe case,said doctors,pharmacists,nurses should be how to prevent medication er ors at work,try to prevent accidents,ensure the safety of clinical use,improve the quality of medical service,and strive to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
