摘要
目的:为了深入观察和了解小剂量甲状腺素在甲状腺良性肿瘤治疗中的治疗效果以及能否降低术后复发率。方法以2011年9月~2013年7月间的225例患者的临床资料随机分成试验组和对照,对实验组服用小剂量左甲状腺素治疗治疗,对照组为常规治疗周期为2年,治疗周期完成后进行回顾性的分析和探讨。结果对试验组患者服用小剂量左甲状腺素治疗而对照进行常规性治疗,在服药治疗2年后实验组的复发率为2.5%,而对照组为12.22%,存在差异有统计意义,服用小剂量甲状腺素组2年复发率低于对照组。结论小剂量甲状腺素对治疗良性甲状腺肿瘤有明显的效果,其安全且有一定的降血脂效用,更起到了降低甲状腺良性肿瘤术后复发率的重要作用。
Objective Smal doses of levolevothyroxine can reduce the recur ence rate or not in the treatment of benign thyroid.Methods The clinical data of 225 cases of patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Taking a smal dose of levolevothyroxine group 2-year recur ence rate is lower than in the control group's.Conclusion Smal doses of levolevothyroxine in reducing the recur ence rate of benign thyroid plays an important role.
