摘要
目的:了解肝移植患者的医院感染状况,为预防和治疗提供依据。方法选取我院2005~2011年的105份肝移植医院感染患者住院病历进行回顾性分析。结果2005~2011年我院589例肝移植手术患者中105例发生医院感染,感染率为17.83%,其中,呼吸道感染83例(47.98%),血流感染30例(17.34%),手术后腹腔感染30例(17.34%)。感染的病原菌主要以肠球菌属为主(27.62%),其次是真菌(27.62%)。结论肝移植患者易并发医院感染,应据其疾病特点加强监护,使医院感染得到有效控制。
Objective To investigate the status of liver transplantation in patients with nosocomial infection to provide the basis for prevention and treatment.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted and data of 589 LTp receiving cadaveric livers between January 2005 and December 2011 were analyzed.Results Liver transplantation in patients with nosocomial infection occur ed mainly in the respiratory tract(47.98%),blood(17.34%),and peritoneal cavity(17.34%).Enterococcus(27.62%)and fungus(21.9%)were the most common pathogens.Conclusion Liver transplantation in patients are prone to nosocomial infection,we should pay more at ention to the infection with its characteristics,and to make the nosocomial infection control ed more ef ectively.
