摘要
目的探讨用口服的方法新生儿鹅口疮的效果。方法回顾性分析宁夏回族自治区贺兰县妇幼保健院自2010年1月~2013年1月收治直接或间接使用抗生素致婴幼儿鹅口疮婴幼儿患者78例,通过随机分组,分对照组(单纯使用制霉菌素组)和治疗组(制霉菌素+复合乳酸菌素胶囊)两组,通过3~7d治疗,来观察治疗情况,判定分组治疗结果。结果治疗组显效29例、有效11例、无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组显效14例、有效19例、无效5例,总有效率86.9%。二者治疗存在显著差异。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊与制霉菌素联合使用后,即直接杀灭致病菌,又可通过恢复和培植有益菌群,间接抑制致病菌的生长,明显增进单纯使用制霉菌素的疗效,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the method of neonatal oral thrush ef ect.Methods A retrospective analysis of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Helan County Maternal and child health hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were directly or indirectly use antibiotic induced 78 cases of infant thrush in infants,by grouping randomly,divided into control group(only using nystatin group)and treatment group(nystatin+Lactobacil us complex capsules)two groups,through 3~7 days of treatment,to observe the treatment,determine the grouping treatment results.Results The treatment group 29 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total ef iciency of 100%;control group 14 cases,ef ective 19 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total ef iciency of 86.9%.There was a significant dif erence in treatment two.Conclusion Lactobacil us Complex Capsules and nystatin combined use,which directly kil the bacteria,but also through the recovery and cultivation of the beneficial bacteria,indirectly inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria,significantly enhance the curative ef ect of simple using the nystatin,worth in clinical promotion application.
