摘要
目的:探究卒中单元护理对脑卒中患者的护理效果。方法选取我院100例脑卒中患者研究对象,按照护理模式的不同,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予卒中单元护理,观察两组患者的康复效果。结果两组患者护理后的ADL评分比较、总有效率比较<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论卒中单元护理对脑卒中患者的神经功能具有保护作用,同时能促进患者康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the stroke unit care for stroke patient care results.Methods 100 cases in our hospital study of stroke patients,according to the dif erent models of care,the control group received routine care,observation group received stroke unit care,rehabilitation observed two groups of patients.Results There were nursing after ADL scores,total ef ective<0.05,a statistical y significant dif erence.Conclusion On neurological stroke unit care of stroke patients have a protective ef ect,but to promote the rehabilitation of patients,improving quality of life,worthy of clinical use.
