摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低胰岛素注射项目缺失率的成效。方法成立品管圈活动小组,按计划实施对策,比较品管圈活动前、中、后胰岛素注射项目缺失率。结果胰岛素注射项目缺失率由活动前的31.5%下降至活动后的0.06%。结论品管圈活动对降低胰岛素注射项目缺失率效果显著,提高了护理质量。
Objective To investigate the QCC in reducing insulin injection item loss rate ef ect.Methods The establishment of QCC team,implement countermeasures according to the plan,comparison of QCC,insulin injection item loss rate.Results Insulin injection item loss rate decreased from 31.5%before the activity to activity after 0.06%.Conclusion QCC to significantly reduce rate of insulin injection items missing,improved the quality of nursing.
