摘要
目的:研究胃癌术后患者胃肠减压期间的不适与原因分析。方法对55例胃癌术后行胃肠减压的患者进行护理,根据患者主诉、护士观察、护理记录、并结合相关文献进行研究。结果胃癌术后胃肠减压期间患者在生理、心理、社会方面存在不适,临床护理工作人员可根据导致各种不适的原因进行相应的护理,使患者达到最舒适的状态,减少各种并发症的发生。结论护理人员要从患者的生理、心理等方面出发,使患者达到最愉快的状态,真正做到以患者为中心。
Objective To study the gastric discomfort during the postoperative gastrointestinal decompression and Causes.Methods 55 cases of gastric cancer patients with postoperative gastrointestinal decompression of care,according to patient complaints,the nurses observed,nursing records,combined with the literature research.Results During the postoperative gastric decompression in patients with physical,psychological,social existence of discomfort,clinical nursing staf can lead to various reasons does not make the appropriate care,in which patients achieve the most comfortable state,reduce the variety of concurrent The occurrence of disease.Conclusion nursing staff from the patient's physical,psychological,make the patients reach the state of the most happy truly patient-centered.
