摘要
目的:探讨全身麻醉留置双腔气管插管患者的护理方法与效果。方法2013年6月~2014年1月选择在我院进行诊治的手术患者72例,所有患者都给予了全身麻醉,并留置了双腔气管插管,所有患者都给予了围手术期的护理干预。结果所有患者在不同时间点的心率、血压与SpO2变化都比较平稳,对比差异都无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论全身麻醉留置双腔气管插管患者的积极护理能够有效保持患者血气指标的稳定,提高患者的舒适度,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the method and effects of nursing on indwel ing double-cavity tracheal cannulas for patients with general anesthesia.Methods 72 patients with surgery after diagnosis in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2014 were chosen to treat by nursing intervention during perioperative period.Al the patients were given general anesthesia and indwel ing double-cavity tracheal cannulas.Results The heart rate,blood pressure and the change of SpO2 were stable at different time.The dif erences were not statistical y significant(>0.05).Conclusion Actively nursing on indwel ing double-cavity tracheal cannulas for patients with general anesthesia could keep the blood gas index stable and improve the comfort level of patients.It is worth popularization and application.
