摘要
目的:观察中药湿热敷治疗骨折消肿止痛的临床疗效。方法将100例四肢骨折早期患者按随机、双盲、对照原则分成两组,治疗组骨折后的肿胀采用中药湿热敷;对照组骨折后的肿胀采用蜡疗的方法,疗程1w。结果治疗组疼痛缓解平均5.38d,肿胀消退时效平均5.58d;对照组疼痛缓解平均7.86d,肿胀消退平均7.78d,统计学比效均有显著差异(<0.01)。结论中药湿热敷治疗骨折后的肿胀,其消肿止痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine moist heat treatment of fractures of swel ing and pain.Methods 100 patients with limb fractures in patients with early randomized,double-blind,controlled divided into two groups,the control group swel ing after fracture treatment using wax method;treatment group herbal moist heat(medicine from the peach kernel,saf lower,red peony root,habitat,angelica root,cassia twig,yuan Hu,hawthorn,Panax,hyssop of 11 herbs fried with extracting machine made),treatment week.Results The mean pain relief 4.25d,swel ing aging average 5.13d;the control group the average pain relief 7.36d,swel ing average 7.25d,statistical y significant dif erences were over ef ect(<0.01).Conclusion Chinese moist heat therapy swel ing after fracture,the ef ect is significant swelling and pain,worthy of clinical application.
