摘要
目的:探讨吉妮固定式IUD的临床应用与效果分析。方法对200例我站2012年~2013年自愿选择放置吉妮IUD的本地区常住育龄妇女进行定期随访。结果随访12个月共计脱落6例,带器妊娠3例,因症取出3例。置器后1、3、6、12个月随访续用率98.98%、98.47%、97.6%、93.88%。结论吉妮IUD具安全、有效、简便、经济、可逆、副作用低和高度可接受性的特点,是值得推广的宫内节育器之一。
Objective To explore the clinical application and ef ect of Gynefix IUD.Methods 200 cases from 2012 to 2013 I chose Gynefix IUD local area resident women of childbearing age were fol owed up regularly.Results Fol owed up for 12 months total fal of in 6 cases,3 cases of pregnancy with IUD,3 cases of disease as a result of out.Device after 1,3,6,and 12 months follow-up continuation rate 98.98%,98.47%,97.6%,93.88%.Conclusion The Gynefix IUD with safe,effective,convenient,economical,reversible,low side ef ect and high acceptability characteristics,is one of the IUD is worthy of popularization.
