摘要
目的:探讨针对糖尿病伴有心脑血管病患者,选择步长脑心通完成治疗后的临床效果表现。方法选取我院2012年05月31日~2014年05月31日糖尿病伴有心脑血管病患者70例。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组糖尿病伴有心脑血管患者完成治疗后,在自觉症状评分、患者脑供血改善的程度以及心功能改善的程度几方面,C1组显著高于C2组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病伴有心脑血管病患者,选择步长脑心通给予临床治疗,在改善患者脑供血以及心功能等方面,发挥显著的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,clinical performance choice Buchangnaoxintong after completing treatment.Methods In our hospital in 2012.5.31~2014.5.31 diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in 70 cases.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The two groups of diabetic patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients completed the treatment,several aspects of the blood supply to the brain,the scores in patients with symptoms and the degree of heart function improvement degree,the C1 group was significantly higher than that of patients in group C2(<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,choice of Buchang Naoxintong given clinical treatment,in improving the blood supply to the brain and heart function in patients with aspects,exert remarkable application value.
