摘要
目的:研究使用改良式全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶后对ICU患者院内获得性肺炎的感染影响。方法随机选取2013年7月~2014年6月使用自动清洁消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶的ICU患者180例作为观察组,改良式全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶后使用日数为1080d,同期内使用原有方式即含氯消毒剂浸泡方法消毒湿化瓶的ICU患者165例作为对照组,含氯消毒剂浸泡方法消毒湿化瓶使用日数为1155d;以患者感染率为观察指标,观察比较使用改良式全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶后对ICU患者院内获得性肺炎的感染影响。结果经过观察比较,使用自动清洁消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶的ICU患者180例中有16例发生感染,感染率为8%,日感染率14.81%,使用原有方式即含氯消毒剂浸泡方法消毒湿化瓶的ICU患者165例中感染人数为38例,感染率23.03%,日感染率32.90%,两组比较,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用改良式全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒湿化瓶后能有效的降低ICU患者院内获得性肺炎的感染率,效果显著,值得临床上的广泛的推广与应用。
Objective To study the use of improved type ful automatic cleaning and disinfection machine for cleaning and disinfection of the humidification bot le after get ing infection pneumonia in patients with ICU in hospital.Methods Randomly selected in 2013 July to 2014 June using automatic cleaning and disinfection machine cleaning and disinfection of humidification bot le 180 ICU patients as the observation group,the improved automatic cleaning and disinfection machine for cleaning and disinfection of the humidification bot le after the use of the number of days over the same period is 1080 days,using the original way that chlorine disinfection agent immersion disinfection method of humidification bot le 165 ICU patients as the control group,the disinfection of chlorine containing disinfectant soaking method humidification bot le using the daily number of 1155 days;the infection rate in patients as observation indexes,were observed and compared using the modified type ful automatic cleaning and disinfection machine cleaning and disinfection of humidifying bot le ef ect obtained after infection pneumonia on ICU patients in hospital.Results After observation and comparison,there are 16 people infection using automatic cleaning and disinfection machine cleaning and disinfection of humidification bot le ICU in 180 patients,the infection rate was 8%,the infection rate of 14.81%days,using the original means of chlorine containing disinfectant soaking disinfection methods of humidification bot le ICU patients in 165 people infected people number is 38,infection the 23.03%day rate,infection rate of 32.90%,two group of comparison,the dif erence was significant,with statistical significance,<0.05.Conclusion The use of improved type ful automatic cleaning and disinfection machine for cleaning and disinfection of the humidification bot le can ef ectively reduce pneumonia infection rate,ICU patients with nosocomial ef ect is significant,worthy of promotion and application widely clinical y.
