摘要
目的:探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行PFNA术后并发症的预防与护理。方法对25例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行PFNA术前和术后护理对策进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者均能康复出院,无1例发生并发症。结论高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行PFNA术,并发症发生率较高,术前和术后积极而有效的护理,是提高手术成功率和预防并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the methods of prevention and nursing of complication after internal fixation of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation blade(PFNA)in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods The nursing mtheods of thirteen internal fixation of PFNA in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur were analyzed.Results The whole of thirteen cases were ful rehabilitation discharge,and there was no complication.Conclusion The rates of complication after internal fixation of PFNA in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur were very high,active and ef icacious nurse can improve the rate of successful operating and prevent from the complication.
