摘要
目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者中整体护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取我院接收的70例肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为本次的研究对象,以平均分配原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者采用常规护理方式进行护理,观察组患者则采用整体护理干预方式进行护理,比较两组患者的肺结核及血糖控制情况,同时对患者的护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组患者的血糖控制良好率及肺结核治愈率与对照组相比均有显著性差异(<0.05),且两组患者护理满意度比较有明显统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上给予肺结核合并糖尿病患者整体护理干预可有效的提高治疗效果及患者护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值,可推广应用。
Objective To study the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mel itus in the clinical value of overal nursing intervention.Methods Selection of 70 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes received as the object of study,with an average al ocation principle divided the patients into observation group and control group,each group of 35 cases,control group were treated by routine nursing care in the form of observation group of patients using overal nursing intervention for nursing,compare the situation of tuberculosis and glycemic control in two groups of patients,and evaluate the patients satisfaction with nursing care.Results Observation group of patients with good blood sugar control rate and TB cure rate compared with the control group had significant dif erence(<0.05),and nursing satisfaction compared two groups of patients have significant statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing care for tuberculosis patients with diabetes mel itus overal nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the ef ect of treatment and patient care satisfaction,has higher application value and can be applied.
