摘要
目的观察胸腰段Chance骨折和屈曲过伸型损伤伴神经损伤的手术疗效。方法选取20例患者,神经功能AISI A级2例,B级2例,C级6例,D级4例和E级6例。手术内固定器械使用钉棒内固定系统。结果全组病例脊柱后柱分离得到明显恢复,脊柱前柱压缩亦得到改善。除1例AISI A级患者神经功能无变化外,3例不全截瘫均有AISI 2级以上的改善。结论手术治疗可及时恢复脊柱的稳定性,促进神经功能康复。
Objective Observation of curative ef ect of thoracolumbar fracture operation Chance and flexion distraction injuries complicated with nerve injury.Methods 20 cases of patients,2 cases of nerve function AISI grade,B grade 2 cases,C grade 6 cases,D grade 4 cases and 6 cases of grade E.The use of fixed equipment screw rod fixation system operation.Results Al of the cases of spinal posterior column separation has recovered,anterior column compression can be improved also.Except for 1 cases of nerve in patients with AISI grade a function without change,improve 2 above the level of the 3 cases with incomplete paraplegia were AISI.Conclusion Operation treatment can restore the spinal stability in time,promote the recovery of neural function.
