摘要
目的:对甲状腺疾病患者或家属实施有效的健康教育,使患者心理状态和配合程度均达到最佳状态,让后期治疗平稳。方法2012年4月~2013年8月对30例甲状腺手术患者针对的进行多形式的健康教育院包括病情观察、心理指导、术前、术后功能锻炼、用药的注意事项等贯穿于整个住院期间直至出院。结果通过对30例甲状腺疾病患者实施健康宣教后,均能正确认识疾病,积极配合治疗,以一种积极的心态回归社会。结论从而提高了生活质量及社会适应能力。
Objective To implement ef ective health education on thyroid disease patients or family members,so that the psychological state of the patient and cooperation to achieve the best condition,make treatment of late stationary.Methods From 2012 April to 2013 August during the health education to 30 cases in multiple forms of thyroid surgery:including observation,psychological guidance,preoperative and postoperative functional exercise and medication at ention throughout the hospitalization until discharged from the hospital.Results 30 cases of the implementation of health education in patients with thyroid disease,can cor ectly understand the disease,actively cooperate with the treatment and return to society in a positive frame of mind,so as to improve the quality of life and social adaptation ability.
