摘要
目的:观察胎儿泌尿系统异常通过超声诊断的影像学图像特征。方法回顾性分析我院收治的100例孕产妇超声诊断的临床资料。结果本组研究对象中30例胎儿通过超声检查发现存在泌尿系统畸形症状,通过分析图像特征诊断各种畸形症状。结论孕产妇产前采用超声进行诊断,能够更为全面的追踪显示肾动脉、肾脏集合系统以及肾脏实质,对鉴别诊断泌尿系统畸形有一定的帮助,为临床确诊奠定良好的基础。
Objective To observe the abnormal fetal urinary system by ultrasonic diagnosis of radiographic image characteristics.Methods Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 cases of maternal ultrasound diagnosis.Results The object of study in 30 cases of fetus by ultrasound found symptoms of urinary tract malformation,through analyzing the characteristic of image diagnosis of various abnormal symptoms.Conclusion Maternal prenatal using ultrasonic diagnosis,can be more comprehensive tracking show renal artery,renalcollecting system and kidney essence,help the differential diagnosis of urinary tract abnormalities,and lay a good foundation for the clinical diagnosis.
