摘要
目的:观察并分析左卡尼汀联合透析用于治疗尿毒症患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的尿毒症患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例,对照组患者采用常规血液透析法治疗,实验组患者采用左卡尼汀配合透析法进行治疗。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者白蛋白与血浆总蛋白指标更为理想,贫血状况得到改善,<0.05。结论左卡尼汀联合透析应用于对尿毒症患者的治疗能取得较好的临床效果,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of L-carnitine associated with dialysis on uremia patients.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients with uremia,50 of each were treated with conventional hemodialysis,the other 50 patients were treated with L-carnitine associated with dialysis.Results Patients in text group exhibit much more improvement in both albumin and plasma total proteins.Conclusion Treatment with L-carnitine associated with dialysis can significantly improve the condition of uremia patients with high safety.
