摘要
目的 观察自拟红花汤外敷联合电针治疗肩手综合症的临床疗效.方法 将治疗组与对照组各48例进行临床观察、评定疗效.结果 自拟红花汤外敷联合电针治疗肩手综合症有效率为93.8%,单纯电针治疗肩手综合症的有效率为85.4%,经统计学处理两组疗效差异有统计学意义(<0.05).结论 肩手综合症应用自拟红花汤外敷联合电针治疗临床疗效优于单纯电针治疗.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Honghua decoction combined with electroacupuncture on patients with shoulder hand syndrome.Methods The treatment group and the control group of 48 cases of clinical observation,evaluation of efficacy.Results With Honghua Decoction combinated with electro acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome rate was 93.8%,electro acupuncture in patients with shoulder hand syndrome rate was 85.4%,statistically difference between the two groups was statistically significant(<O.05).Conclusion Shoulder hand syndrome treated with Honghua Decoction combinated with electroacupuncture treatment clinical curative effect is better than simple acupuncture.
