摘要
目的 探讨康复指导在老年转子间骨折人工髋关节置换术护理中的应用效果.方法 本院于2013年6月~2015年6月共收治了76例行人工髋关节置换术的老年转子间骨折患者,将所有的患者随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例),给予对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用康复指导.结果 观察组患者护理总有效率明显高于对照组,具统计学意义;观察组患者生活质量四维度评分明显高于对照组,具有可比性;观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,具有可比性.结论 在常规护理基础上,对行人工髋关节置换术的老年转子间骨折患者,实施康复指导,能够改善生活指标,促进关节功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation guidance in the application of artificial hip replacement rotor between fracture care effect.Methods In our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were treated during 76 hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with fracture between rotor,all patients were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases),give control group routine nursing care,observation group in the control group on the basis of combined with rehabilitation guidance.Results The patients nursing total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,with statistical significance;Four dimensions of observation group patients quality of life score significantly higher than the control group,comparable;Observation group of complications in patients than controls,comparable.Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing,the line of hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with fracture between the rotor and the implementation of rehabilitation guidance,to improve life index,promote the joint function recovery.
