摘要
医院保卫科是医院建设工作的重要环节,关系着整个医院的稳定,维护正常的工作秩序,保障安全的就医环境.现在随着医院规模不断的壮大,迎来了医院崭新的面貌,同时医院医疗环境也发生了巨大的变化,患者及其家属对医院的期望值过高,从而导致医患纠纷事件不断增加,医院保卫科工作因此就成为一项重要工作,维系着患者、家属及广大医护人员的正常就医及工作环境.
Hospital security department is an important part of hospital construction,the relationship between the stability of the whole hospital,maintain the normal order of the work,to ensure the safety of medical treatment environment.Now with the hospital scale is continually expanding,ushered in the hospital a new look,also the medical treatment environment also occurred in the great changes,patients and their families for hospital expectation value is too high,resulting in increasing doctor-patient dispute,hospital security department work thus became an important work,maintain the patients,families and the general staff of the normal medical treatment and working environment.
