摘要
目的:探讨护理分层管理对提升护理质量的价值。方法研究对象为我院2013年9月~2015年12月的护理人员50例,分析其开展护理分层管理前后在护理工作评估上的差异。结果在护理质量评分和受到工作表扬的频次上,管理后均显著高于管理前,P<0.05;在投诉率上,管理后为0%,显著低于管理前10%,P<0.05;患者满意度上,管理后为98%,显著高于管理前86%,P<0.05。结论护理分层管理可以有效提升护理质量,降低投诉率,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore nursing hierarchical management value.Methods The subjects were 50 nursing staff to analyze differences in nursing care assessment carried out before and after its hierarchical management.Results The quality of care score,in the rate of complaints,on patient satisfaction,are better than the former management,P<0.05 after administration.Conclusion Nursing hierarchical management can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the rate of complaints,improve patient satisfaction.
