摘要
目的 比较不同脱钙液对骨组织的脱钙能力的差异,探讨其对HE染色的影响.方法 选取16例大鼠胫骨标本,运用两种常用的脱钙液(混合脱钙液和EDTA脱钙液)进行脱钙,比较其脱钙效果和对HE染色的影响.结果 两种脱钙液对骨组织的脱钙能力、HE染色效果影响有显著区别.结论 混合脱钙液时间最短,但切片和染色效果最差;EDTA脱钙液对骨组织损伤小,HE染色效果最好,但用时较长.
Objective To compare the difference of different decalcifying fluid on bone decalcification ability,and to investigate its effect on HE staining.Methods 16 cases of rat tibia specimens,using two kinds of decalcifying fluid(mixture of decalcifying fluid and EDTA decalcifying fluid)were decalcified,compare the decalcification effect and the effects on HE staining.Results Two decalcification of bone tissue decalcification ability,HE staining effect has significant difference.Conclusion Mixed decalcifying fluid in the shortest time,but the sectioning and staining effect is the worst;EDTA decalcification of bone HE staining had the best effect,but with a longer time.
