摘要
目的:探讨围手术期护理干预在腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中的应用价值.方法:选取我院2017年4月-2018年3月80例腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者,数字随机分成2组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用围术期护理干预,观察两组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分及患者护理满意度、并发症情况.结果:观察组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分均少于对照组;观察组患者对围手术期护理服务的满意度为100%,显著高于对照组80.00%;观察组并发症总发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组22.50%,两组对比均具有明显组间差异性(P<0.05).结论:围手术期护理干预在腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解疼痛,预防并发症,促进患者康复,提高护理服务满意度,临床应用价值高.
objective:to explore the application value of perioperative nursing intervention in laparoscopic treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:select from April 2017 to March 2018,80 cases of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients Numbers randomly divided into 2 groups,control group using conventional care,observation group in the control group on the basis of the perioperative nursing intervention,observing two groups of operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay,postoperative pain score,complications,and patient care satisfaction.Results:the operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and postoperative pain score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group.The patients in the observation group were 97.50%satisfied with the perioperative care service,which was significantly higher than the control group(80.00%).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.50%of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:perioperative nursing intervention is effective in laparoscopic treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy,which can alleviate pain,prevent complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the satisfaction of nursing services,and has high clinical application value.
