摘要
目的:分析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者应用整体护理干预的临床效果.方法:本研究选取2018年3月~2019年3月收治急诊DKA患者112例,根据就诊顺序,将其分为两组,各56例;对照组56例接受常规护理,观察组56例接受整体护理,观察不同护理模式下两组疗效.结果:两组治疗效果对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对急诊DKA患者实施基础治疗同时,予以整体护理干预,可有效提高其治疗效果,值得推广.
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of holistic numing intervention in patients with acute diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods:112 cases of emergency DKA patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected in this study,and were divided into two groups according to the even—odd admission Numbers。with 56 cases in each group.56 patients in the control group re—ceived routine nursing,and 56 patients in the observation group received holistic nursing.Results:the observation group was superior to the contml group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of emergency DKA patients with basic treatment,combined with holistic nursing intervention,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,worthy of promotion.
