全髋与半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果被引量：1

摘要目的探究全髋与半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法选择本院2016 ~2017年收治的80例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照手术方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组患者实施半髋关节置换术,观察组患者实施全髋关节置换术,对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率等情况差异无统计学意义(P >0. 05).观察组患者1年后的自行行走率高于对照组患者( P<0. 05).结论全髋与半髋关节置换术在治疗老年股骨颈骨折中均能够起到良好的作用,但是全髋关节置换术远期治疗效果更佳.
