摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对孕11~13+6周胎儿畸形的诊断效果.方法:将本院2017年1月至2017年7月接收的6700例孕周期在11~13+6周的孕妇作为本次研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声检测11~13+6周的胎儿畸形发育状况.结果:研究中检测出134例畸形胎儿,分别为骨骼畸形20例,面部畸形12例,胸腹部畸形55例,颅脑畸形26例,双胎妊娠畸形和心脏畸形分别为5例和16例.其中漏诊3例,四肢异常2例和水肿1例.结论:彩色多普勒超声有助于诊断孕11~13+6周胎儿畸形情况,具有较高的临床使用价值.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound on fetal malformation between 11 and 13+6 weeks of pregnancy.Methods 6700 pregnant women who received 11 to 13+6 weeks of gestational period from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.Color Doppler ultrasound was used for 11 to 13+6 weeks.Fetal malformation development.Results A total of 134 malformed fetuses were detected in the study,including 20 cases of skeletal malformations,12 cases of facial deformities,55 cases of thoracic and abdominal malformations,26 cases of craniocerebral malformations,and 5 cases and 16 cases of twin pregnancy malformations and cardiac malformations,respectively.Among them,3 cases were missed,2 cases were abnormal limbs and 1 case was edema.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful for the diagnosis of fetal malformation in 11~13+6 weeks of pregnancy,and has a high clinical value.
