摘要
目的 建立门诊癌痛患者数据库,对癌痛患者的规范化护理进行信息化全程管控,从而提高患者治疗的依从性,提高患者生命质量.方法 运用Oracle桌面数据库管理平台,建立患者癌痛档案.选取2016年1月到2017年12月因癌痛在我院门诊就诊并行癌痛阿片类药物治疗的患者2867例作为研究对象,根据年度将患者分成2016年、2017年两组,随访比较两组患者治疗依从性、健康教育知晓率、癌痛知识认知度.结果 2017年组患者用药依从性、健康教育知晓率、癌痛知识认知度均明显优于2016年组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.001).结论 利用信息技术支持,建立癌痛患者随访数据库,提高癌痛的规范化诊疗水平,实施癌痛动态化评估,实现了信息化在门诊癌痛规范化护理中的全程管理.
Objective To realize information whole-process management of outpatients with cancer pain and improve patients’compliance and quality of life through establishing the database of outpatient with cancer pain.Methods We used the Oracle desktop database management platform to establish a dataset for patients with cancer pain.Patients with cancer pain who received opium analgesic between January 2016 and December 2017 at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital were eligible for inclusion.A total of 2867 patients were included and divided into two groups based on their treatment year(2016 or 2017).We followed up these patients and compared treatment compliance,health education awareness rate,and cancer pain knowledge cognition between two groups.Results Patients who received treatment in 2017 had significantly better medication compliance,health education awareness,and cancer pain knowledge cognition compared with patients in 2016.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.001).Conclusion Using information support,we established the follow-up dataset of cancer pain patients.Through this dataset,we improved the standardized diagnosis and treatment level of cancer pain,carried out dynamic evaluations of cancer pain,and realized information whole-process management of outpatients with cancer pain.
