摘要
目的:分析脑梗塞恢复期患者的康复护理效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年1月至2013年7月收治的40例脑梗塞恢复期患者,均给予康复护理,分析患者治疗前后的ADL量表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结果护理后ADL量表及SAS评分均优于护理前(P<0.05)。结论采用康复护理,可有效改善脑梗塞恢复期患者生活质量,保持心情开朗,临床价值高,值得肯定使用。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction patients.Methods 40 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly selected in 2013 January to 2013 July were recovered,were given rehabilitation nursing,analysis before and after treatment in patients with ADL scale and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results The nursing of ADL scale and SAS scores were better than the nursing before(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing,can effectively improve the quality of life in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,maintain a cheerful mood,clinical value is high,be sure to use.
