摘要
目的:应用彩色直方图对正常肾脏和慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾脏的血流进行定量分析。方法慢性肾功能衰竭患者90例,应用彩色直方图软件测得肾脏内彩色血流占肾脏面积的百分比(Black and white color ratio,BCR),并与60例健康对照组对比。结果健康对照组与病例组之间BCR的均值在统计学上有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用彩色直方图可以得出慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾脏血流量化的客观指标,从而为临床进一步提高对慢性肾功能衰竭诊断提供参考价值。
Objective Color histogram for normal kidney and renal failure in patients with chronic renal blood flow for quantitative analysis.Methods 90 patients with chronic renal failure patients using color histogram software measured the percentage of color flow within the kidney kidney area (Black and white color ratio, BCR),and with 60 cases of healthy control group comparison.Results The mean BCR between healthy control group and patients groups was significant statistically (P<0.05).Conclusion Color histogram can be drawn with chronic renal failure in patients with renal blood flow quantification of objective indicators, so as to further improve clinical chronic renal failure diagnosis reference value.
