摘要
目的 超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原在糖尿病足感染患者中的变化分析.方法 以取我院2013年9月-2015年4月收治的糖尿病足患者83例作为观察组,根据是否发生感染分为未感染组40例和感染组43例,同时选择同期我院收治的糖尿病但未合并糖尿病足患者40例作为对照组,三组患者均进行超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原检测.结果 三组患者超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中感染组、未感染组患者C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平明显高于对照组(感染组与对照组相比,t值分别为14.624、7.641;未感染组与对照组相比,t值分别为8.557、5.134;P<0.05);感染组C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平明显高于未感染组,结果具有显著性差异(t值分别为11.352、6.104;P<0.05);经过相关性计算分析,结果显示糖尿病感染组与未感染组的C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平呈现正相关,相关系数为0.813,P<0.05.结论 C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原可作为糖尿病足感染早期诊断的应用检验指标,有助于早期抗感染、抗凝治疗,改善预后.
Objective hypersensitive c-reactive protein and fibrinogen in the analysis of the changes in the patients with diabetic foot infection.Methods in order to get the hospital in September 2013 to April2015,83 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted in September as observation group,according to whether the infection divided into uninfected group 40 cases and group of 43 cases of infection,at the same time,choose the same period of our hospital diabetes but not merge as control group,40 patients with diabetic foot three groups of patients were hypersensitive c-reactive protein and fibrinogen test.Results three groups of patients hypersensitive c-reactive protein,fibrinogen level contrast differences statistically significant(P<0.05),including patients with infected and uninfected group c-reactive protein,fibrinogen level is significantly higher than the control group(infection group compared with control group,the t value were 14.624 and 7.641;the uninfected group compared with control group,the t value were 8.557,5.134;P<0.05);Infection group of c-reactive protein,fibrinogen levels are significantly higher than uninfected group,the results have significant difference(t value were 11.352,11.352;P<0.05);Through correlation calculation and analysis,the results show that diabetes infected and uninfected group of c-reactive protein,fibrinogen levels present positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 0.813,P<0.05).Conclusion c-reactive protein and fibrinogen can be applied in early diagnosis of diabetic foot infection test indicators,help early anti-infection,anticoagulant therapy,improve the prognosis.
