摘要
明代著名外科学家陈实功所著《外科正宗》在肛肠疾患的病因、辨证及治疗方面继承和发展了前人学术成果, 体现明代以前中医对肛肠疾患的治疗水平.《外科正宗》中对悬痈的病因病机论述颇详, 在治疗方面根据前人的经验进行创新, 并结合其临床经验选用口服中药辨证论治、中药外敷、手术切除等不同方法, 方法缜密, 取效佳捷.
The book“Authentic Surgery”written by Chen Shigong,a famous surgeon in the Ming Dynasty,inherits and develops the academic achievements of predecessors in the etiology,differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases,reflecting the level of treatment of anorectal diseases by traditional Chinese medicine before the Ming Dynasty.The etiology and pathogenesis of suspense carbuncle are discussed in detail in The Orthodox Surgery.Innovation is made in the treatment of suspense carbuncle according to the experience of predecessors,and different methods such as oral administration,external application and excision are selected in combination with their clinical experience.
