摘要
目的: 对贵州艳山姜进行生药学鉴定研究, 为艳山姜的质量标准提供依据.方法: 采用基源鉴定、性状鉴别对艳山姜的来源、性状进行鉴别;采用石蜡切片和粉末制片法研究观察艳山姜的显微结构.结果: 艳山姜的果皮表面黄棕色, 有十数条隆起的纵棱, 种子团较疏松, 易散落;显微结构清晰, 种皮表皮细胞表面观呈多角形, 油细胞散生于色素层细胞间;粉末显微可见石细胞、螺纹导管、非腺毛、薄壁细胞、胚乳细胞和草酸钙方晶等.结论: 艳山姜原植物形态特征明显, 性状特征及显微构造显著, 其生药学研究可为艳山姜的质量标准提供充分的科学依据.
Objective To study the pharmacognosy identification of the Alpinia zerumbet in Guizhou,and provide the basis for the quality standard of the Alpinia zerumbet.Methods Pharmacognosy identification was studied by the methods of base source identification and character identification;Study on the Microstructure of Alpinia zerumbet by Paraffin Section and Powder Section.Results The pericarp of Alpinia zerumbet is yellow-brown with more than ten ridges,and the seed mass is loose and easy to scatter.Microstructure was clear,the epidermal cells of seed were polygonal,and oil cells were scattered among the pigment layer cells.The powder microscopy showed stone cells,threaded ducts,non-glandular hairs,parenchyma cells,endosperm cells and calcium oxalate cuboids,etc.Conclusion The morphological characteristics and microscopic structure of the Alpinia zerumbet are obvious.The pharmacognostical studies can provide sufficient scientific basis for the quality standard of Alpinia zerumbet.
