摘要
目的: 对我院患者使用中药注射剂所致的不良反应进行统计分析, 为临床合理用药提供参考.方法: 对我院2016年1月至2017年12月收集的149例中药注射剂不良反应进行回顾性分析.结果: 149例不良反应中, 60岁以上的患者90例, 占60. 4% .注射用血栓通引起的药品不良反应占首位, 不良反应的临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害, 占42. 95% .结论: 中药注射剂不良反应的发生与患者、药物本身及临床使用不当等因素相, 应加强对中药注射剂的临床使用监管力度, 提高药品质量, 促进合理用药.
Objective The article is a statistical analysis that the adverse reactions caused by the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in patients of our hospital,The aim is to provide a reference for rational clinical medication.Methods the retrospective analysis is about 149 cases of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections which were collected in our hospital between January 2016 to December 2017.Results Among 149 cases of adverse reactions,90 cases were over 60 years old,accounting for 60.4%.Adverse drug reactions caused by thrombolysis for injection were the first,with the main clinical manifestations of the adverse drug reactions were skin and accessory lesions,accounting for 42.95%.Conclusion The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection is related to the patients,the drug and the improper use of clinic.We should strengthen the supervision of the clinical use in traditional Chinese medicine injection,improve the quality of drugs and promote the use of rational drugs.
