摘要
湿疹是一种常见的皮肤病,病情缠绵易反复发作,其中湿热夹瘀型较为常见.《内经》 有云:'此皆尝有所伤于湿气,藏于血脉之中,分肉之间,久留而不去',提示湿性胶着,易稽留于血脉分肉,久滞不去则蕴而化热,湿热阻滞经脉则为瘀血,从而出现湿热内蕴夹瘀的病理状态.茵陈、 生茜草、 络石藤药组具有清热利湿、 祛瘀通络之效,可应用于湿热夹瘀型湿疹.
As a common skin disease,eczema is characterized by lingering and recurrent,in which damp-heat with blood stasis type accounts for a large proportion.As is said in Huangdi’s Neijing,“All these are caused by dampness,which is hiding in the blood,between the meat,and long to stay without leaving.”It illustrates that the retention of moisture in blood vessels leads to heat accumulation and meridians stagnation,thus resulting in blood stasis.With the function of clearing heat and dampness,dispersing blood stasis and dredging meridians and collaterals,Yin Chen,Sheng Qian Cao and Luo Shi Teng group can be applied to eczema of damp-heat with blood stasis type.
