摘要
目的:探究替吉奥联合二十碳五烯酸对胃癌患者放化疗的效果及对患者血清中microRNA(miR)-155的影响.方法:选取2016年7月—2018年7月我院收治的140例胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各70例.对照组采用替吉奥治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合使用二十碳五烯酸治疗,比较两组化疗效果、干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,副反应发生情况以及治疗不同时间血清miR-155、白细胞介素(IL)-6水平.结果:研究组近期疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组恶心、乏力、腹泻、感染、贫血、血小板计数下降、白细胞计数下降发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中性粒细胞计数下降发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血清miR-155、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:替吉奥联合二十碳五烯酸的治疗胃癌的疗效明显,可有效降低患者血清 miR-155 水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the effect of tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium combined with eicosapentaenoic acid on radiochemotherapy and effect on serum microRNA(miR)-155 in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:140 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,70 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium,and the patients in the study group were further treated with eicosapentaenoic acid.The chemotherapy effect,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after the intervention,side effects and serum miR-155 and interleukin(IL)-6 levels at different treatment time points were compared between the two groups.Results:The short-term efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea,fatigue,diarrhea,infection,anemia,decreased platelet count and decreased white blood cell count in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of decreased neutrophil count in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of miR-155 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium combined with eicosapentaenoic acid have an obvious curative effect on gastric cancer,which can effectively reduce serum miR-155 level in the patients,and are safe and worthy of clinical application.
