摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗牙龈癌术后并发口腔溃疡的效果.方法:选取我院2015年3月—2018年10月收治的87例牙龈癌术后放疗所致口腔溃疡患者,依照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=44),对照组行西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上行导赤散加减治疗.比较两组治疗前后症状积分变化、溃疡面积与充血面积.结果:研究组总有效率为88.37%,高于对照组的70.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组症状积分较治疗前降低,溃疡面积和充血面积较治疗前缩减,且研究组降低和缩减幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗可提高牙龈癌术后并发口腔溃疡的效果,改善患者症状,促进溃疡面愈合,缩减充血面积,降低灼烧感,值得推广.
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of oral ulcers after gingival cancer surgery.Methods:87 patients with oral ulcers caused by postoperative radiotherapy for gingival cancer in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=43)and a control group(n=44).The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,and the patients in the study group were given the addition and subtraction treatment of daochi powder on the basis of the control group.The changes in symptom scores,ulcer area and congestion area before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 88.37%,which was higher than 70.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the ulcer area and congestion area after treatment were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the decrease and reduction latitude in the study group were greater than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve oral ulcers after gingival cancer surgery,improve the symptoms of the patients,promote the healing of ulcers and reduce the area of congestion and burning sensation,and are worth popularizing.
