摘要
目的:探讨低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林对早发型重度子痫前期患者血压及凝血功能的影响.方法:选取2017年2月—2019年3月我院收治的早发型重度子痫前期患者80例,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组接受低分子肝素钙注射液(4000 U,皮下注射,qd)联合阿司匹林肠溶片(25 mg,qd)治疗,比较两组血压及凝血功能.结果:治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压及纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数水平低于对照组,凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:低分子肝素钙结合阿司匹林治疗早发型重度子痫前期,可有效降低患者的血压水平,改善凝血功能.
Objective:To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin on blood pressure and coagulation function in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:80 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases each.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium injection(4000 U,subcutaneous injection,qd)combined with aspirin entericcoated tablets(25 mg,qd).The blood pressure and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin can effectively the level of reduce blood pressure and improve blood coagulation in the treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia.
