摘要
目的 分析输尿管软镜在上尿路结石诊断治疗的效果.方法 收集2014年9月-2018年3月100例上尿路结石患者,平均分组各50例,对照组采用经皮肾镜碎石取石,治疗组采用输尿管软镜碎石取石,对比2组结石清除率、手术时间、并发症等治疗结果 .结果治疗组的一次碎石成功率94%与对照组一次碎石成功率90%,差异不显著.治疗组结石取净率98%高于对照组84%,差异显著,有统计学意义.治疗组手术时间70.02±5.66分钟与住院时间4.6±1.02天,均短于对照组手术时间89.62±10.02分钟与6.45±1.32天,治疗组并发症发生率为4.0%低于对照组14%,差异有统计学意义.结论 输尿管软镜在上尿路结石的诊断治疗有良好疗效,安全性良好,具有在临床上推广与应用的价值.
Objective To analyze the effect of soft ureteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods From September 2014 to March 2018,100 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were enrolled in the study.The study samples were divided into groups evenly at 1:1,and the control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.The treatment group was treated with ureteral soft lithotripsy.Results The successrate of single lithotripsy in the treatment group was 94%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group(90%).Treatment The stone removal rate of the group was 98.0%higher than that of the control group(84%).The operation time of the treatment group(70.02±5.66)min,was(4.6±1.02)days shorter than that of the control group(89.62±10.02)min,(6.45±1.32)days,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group(4%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14%).Conclusions The diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary calculi with soft ureter had good curative effect and safety,and had the value of clinical promotion and application.
