摘要
目的 了解本地区新生儿眼病的发病情况,评价新生儿眼病筛查的意义,为本地区新生儿眼病筛查的推广及宣教提供理论依据.方法对慈溪市妇幼保健院2015年9月至2018年8月出生的3166例健康足月新生儿(2731例)及早产儿(435例)进行眼病筛查,常规行眼前节检查,使用美多丽滴眼液散瞳,待瞳孔散大后用数字化广域眼底成像系统进行眼底检查.结果3166例新生儿中发现眼前节异常209例,发生率6.60%,主要是结膜出血103例及新生儿结膜炎63例.2731例健康足月新生儿中发现眼底异常1109例,眼底异常检出率为40.61%,主要异常为视网膜出血599例,发生率21.92%.435例早产儿中发现眼底异常111例,异常检出率25.52%,主要的异常是视网膜出血共53例,发生率12.18%.?结论新生儿眼病筛查对婴幼儿可控性眼病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗有积极的作用,可以有效的减少儿童盲、低视力的发生.
Objective To understand the incidence of neonatal eye diseases in this area,to evaluate the significance of screening for neonatal eye diseases,and to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and education of neonatal eye disease screening in the region.Methods 3166 healthy fullterm newborns(2731)and premature infants(435 cases)born between Cixi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2015 to August 2018 were screened for ocular diseases.After that,use the Dolly Eye Drops to dilate,and then use the digital wide-area fundus imaging system for fundus examination after the pupils were dilated.Results Among 3166 neonates,209 cases of anterior segment abnormalities were found,the incidence rate was 6.60%,mainly 103 cases of conjunctival hemorrhage and 63 cases of neonatal conjunctivitis.Among the 2731 healthy full-term newborns,1109 cases of fundus abnormalities were found.The abnormal rate of fundus abnormalities was 40.61%.The main abnormality was 599 cases of retinal hemorrhage,the incidence rate was 21.92%.111 cases of fundus abnormalities were found in 435 premature infants,the abnormal detection rate was 25.52%,and the main abnormality was 53 cases of retinal hemorrhage,the incidence rate was 12.18%.Conclusion Screening of neonatal eye diseases has a positive effect on early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of infantile eye diseases,which can effectively reduce the incidence of blindness and low vision in children.
